better day

Today is a beautiful green day. My class went great today, and I have almost all day to do as I please. I'm trying to figure out what rest looks like for me. I think I don't know how to rest. Resting means the chance that you will get lonely or bored. So, apparently I have avoided resting for months. I need to learn to rest through painting, reading, and exercising. Resting through things that I want to do, not through totally blobbing on the couch, and then hating the day for being wasted.
